Ingredients
  

  • 1 flatbread (7.5oz)
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • for the crockpot bbq chicken:
  • 1.5lb chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 12oz bbq sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup shredded monterey jack with jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup pineapple, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • topping: additional bbq sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Start by adding minced garlic to your flatbread.
  3. Place in the oven on the middle rack for 3 minutes.
  4. Set aside time to make your bbq crockpot chicken prior to making flatbread.
  5. Remove the flatbread from the oven and add all toppings leaving off cilantro.
  6. Remove from the middle rack and place on baking sheet to finish cooking for 7-9 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and top with fresh cilantro.
  8. Drizzle with bbq sauce.
  9. Enjoy!
